What is a Wild Rag?
A Wild Rag is a traditional cowboy scarf made from silky, moisture-wicking material that protects the wearer from sun, wind, and dust while adding authentic western style to any outfit.
What material do we use for our Wild Rags?
We only use satin charmeuse or the finest 19mm Silk. Individual product descriptions will list which fabric was used in making each Wild Rag.
What size are Buckaroo Fringe Wild Rags?
Our standard Wild Rags are 36" square. This size is perfect for most adults allowing you one wrap and any knot you'd like to tie. We also keep 28" and 44" Wild Rags in stock. We can make custom sizes in all of the prints we carry. Contact us if you'd like a size other than those listed.
What size Wild Rag should I order?
Wild Rag sizing is largely about personal preference. Our 36" Wild Rags are the perfect size for most people. This size will give you the traditional Wild Rag look! 28" is a great option for kids, smaller adults or if you live in a warmer climate. 44" rags are perfect for bigger men or for those who live in colder climates and want a double wrap! How do I take care of my Wild Rag?
Our satin charmeuse Wild Rags are machine washable. We recommend line drying your Wild Rag. You may use a warm iron on the dull side of the Wild Rag. Our Silk Wild Rags are hand wash or dry clean only. We recommend line drying and do not recommend ironing.

Ranch Cowl FAQ
What is a Ranch Cowl?
A ranch cowl gives you a classic western look that is easy to slip on, comfortable to wear and perfect for adding warmth and a western flair to any outfit!
What are Buckaroo Fringe Ranch Cowls made of?
Our cowls are made of beautiful wool-blend southwestern prints on the outside and soft cozy flannel on the inside. We do not use Pendelton because it adds $30 to the price of the cowl, makes them dry clean only and we don't want scratchy wool against our faces!
What size are Buckaroo Fringe Ranch Cowls?
Our Ranch Cowls are 9" x 36"! This size fits all adults very well!
How do I care for my Ranch Cowl?
Your cowl is machine washable! We recommend line drying! You may iron on the appropriate setting.
Other FAQ
When will my order ship?
We are really rural so we only get mail service twice a week! We understand that this is little different than the rest of the world! Our orders ship on Tuesdays & Fridays through USPS. Custom or specialty orders will ship based upon the date discussed with you at the time of your order.
What happens if my package is lost?
Buckaroo Fringe is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages after the package has left our possession and tracking has been provided to the customer. Should you have an issue, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with USPS.
What is your return/exchange policy?
If you have an issue with your order and need to return or exchange something, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery to discuss your situation. If a return or exchange is approved, we must receive the items within 14 days of the approval. There will be a $5 per item, restocking fee assessed. This will be deducted from any refund due.
When will I receive my refund?
If you have been approved for a refund, a check will be issued within fourteen days of approval. If a credit card reversal is completed there can be potential delays with your financial institution which are out of our control.
