Shipping: Everything in our store is in stock and ready to ship! We ship via USPS on Tuesdays and Fridays. The two exceptions are 1) Buckaroo Bags which will be shipped approximately four weeks after order and 2) WildRagBox Subscription; please see the individual product page for a complete shipping list. 

The Buckaroo Fringe will bot be responsible for lost, damage or stolen packages after they leave our possession and tracking information has been generated. In the event of an issue, we will assist you with filing a claim with USPS.

Cancelations: You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it by emailing us at buckaroofringe@yahoo.com. Due to the custom nature of our Buckaroo Bags and Custom Wild Rags, no cancelation requests will be permitted.

WildRagBox Subscription Cancelations: must be requested no later than the 23rd of the month prior to the box shipping. If you are wanting to cancel May's box, you need to contact us by April 23rd. Cancelation requests received after the 23rd of the month will be billed and shipped one additional box and then the cancelation will be processed. For example, if you contact us on April 24th, you will be billed on April 30th, you will receive May's box and then your cancelation will be processed. You will not be billed in June or receive July's box.

Returns/Exchanges: Should you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within five days of receipt to discuss your situation. Approved returns and exchanges must be received within 14 days of delivery in original packaging. All items are subject to a $5 per item restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping charges. 

Should you experience an issue, please contact us immediately so that we have the opportunity to work with you toward resolution as your satisfaction is our priority!
